Chandan S was born and raised in South India and always loved to travel. He has a keen interest in history, architecture and anthropology and holds a bachelor’s degree in History and a Masters in Business Administration. He started his career as a copywriter and worked with some of India’s top advertising agencies. He quickly got bored with life behind the desk and joined an experiential travel company that focused on corporate team adventures in the wilderness, and never looked back since. He has been a part of management teams in resorts across India, and also helped set up a travel company that focused exclusively on self driven motorcycle tours – and has led many adventurists across the subcontinent. He then set up Indian Expeditions – to focus on South India and the history of South India. He has led 100s of trips in South India and has delivered a vast variety of tours – from tours that focus only on architecture, to wildlife, to history. In addition to leading trips, he has assisted many television crews from some of the worlds top production houses with travel documentaries in India.
Chandan leads many of Indian Expeditions trips, and has garnered raving reviews from almost all the guests he has led. He loves meeting people, telling stories, and showing off his nook of the woods!
